The flat is ideally located on a quiet, secluded street only a stone’s throw from Westfield London and White City Soho House, and a short walk from Holland Park and Notting Hill. The flat features one king-size bedroom with an ensuite shower and a queen-size bedroom with access to a second bathroom, which includes both a shower and a bathtub. Both washrooms are designed to the highest standards including heated floors, heated towel rails and anti-fog mirrors. The living space is an inviting haven, with a plush sofa and carefully curated décor that enhances the cosy ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it ideal for those who love to cook or simply enjoy a morning coffee in style. The dining area provides a charming spot to gather for meals, while the private patio offers a tranquil outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. **DISCLAIMER** Please note that the property is on the market for sale. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
