This charming Maida Vale flat offers a stylish and comfortable stay, perfect for both short breaks and longer visits. Thoughtfully designed with a balance of character and modern convenience, it provides a welcoming base in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The property accommodates up to four guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms and one bathroom with a combined bath and shower. Situated on the raised ground floor, it offers both privacy and easy access. The main bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable double, ensuring restful nights for all. The flat includes a bright and inviting living area with a sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. A dedicated dining area allows guests to enjoy meals together, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including an induction hob and an oven, making home cooking simple and convenient.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
