Step into a welcoming living room, where a plush sectional sofa invites you to unwind while enjoying your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Guests can access streaming apps, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and other supported services, by logging in with their own accounts. The space seamlessly connects to the dining area, where a glass-top dining table converts into a pool table for added entertainment. Sliding glass doors open onto a private terrace, while the property also benefits from a front garden, offering peaceful outdoor spaces to relax. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a large kitchen island, dishwasher, air fryer, two ovens (one of which also functions as a microwave), and all essential cookware and utensils. The bedrooms provide a restful retreat, featuring king and super-king-size beds for a comfortable night's sleep. Throughout the property, you'll enjoy smart lighting, room-by-room smart heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor, and smart air conditioning, all Alexa-enabled for added convenience. The contemporary bathroom features a luxurious freestanding bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). The pool table can be converted into a dining table; please handle it with care, as guests will be responsible for any damage or repairs. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
