Welcome! This marvellous 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor. Please note that the property is conveniently located near the subway, so occasional noise can be expected. The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area and a smart TV with access to live channels and streaming services to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen has appliances, essential cooking utensils, and dishware to meet your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats four guests. Additionally, a washer is provided to meet your laundry requirements. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully adorned, and the beds are fitted with complimentary high-quality hotel linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. There is only a portable air conditioning in the unit. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.
