Spread over two floors via stairs, the home also features a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylish living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that easily converts into two single beds. Natural light pours in through the window, creating a bright and welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet your culinary needs. Upstairs, there are two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a UK king-size bed, the other with a UK queen-size bed. Both are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The bathrooms come complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind. The property is professionally cleaned before each stay, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
