Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is conveniently located near top attractions in Liverpool, such as the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the Adelphi Hotel. The apartment features an open floor plan with a comfortable seating area in the living room, where you can enjoy your favourite shows on the TV. The dining table accommodates up to six guests. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Additionally, a washer and ironing equipment is available for your laundry needs. Each bedroom has a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom offers all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in until 11PM from our standard check-in time (3PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
