The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable double bed, a smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave, along with essential cookware and crockery, to meet all your cooking needs. The apartment features two fully furnished bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep, and one with an en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. A shared laundry room is available, with washing machines, a tumble dryer, vacuums, and mops. The ground-floor garden offers picnic benches, providing a pleasant spot to unwind or have a meal. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). مضيف رائع ومتعاون للغاية. المكان كان مثالياً، نظيف للغاية والأسرة مريحة. موقع مركزي يسهل الوصول منه إلى كل ما تحتاجه، كما يوجد العديد من المطاعم والحانات والمقاهي في الجوار.
