Only a short walk is needed to go from home to Avenida da Liberdade, São Bento or Bairro Alto, so this is amazing, but this specific neighborhood is really not to be missed: Principe Real neighborhood is one of Lisbon's most exclusive districts, which has led the artisan-chic transformation of historic Lisbon. The traditional town houses have converted into modern apartments, and boutique shops and fine-dining restaurants now line the streets. Do slowly meander through it, visit the independent shops, admire the characterful buildings and enjoy your coffee in a café, packed with locals! Principe Real may have fewer touristic attractions than other districts, but is the spot to immerse in typical Portuguese daily life! Bustling with local antique shops and concept stores, bio markets, Portuguese designers and art galleries, it’s the place to go if you’re looking for something unique. Principe Real Garden and its delightful pink kiosk, Quiosque do Refresco, is only 200m away from home, and so is one of the city’s most absolute gems: the Botanical Garden! Also next door is Embaixada, home to many Portuguese designers that have chosen to display here, inside one of Lisbon’s oldest palaces and Pavilhão Chinês, a former 19th century tea and coffee shop, with comfy couches and glass cabinets that perfectly embodies the spirit of the neighbourhood, as well as signature cuisine. This is the magic of this part of Lisbon; there are no crowds, no set itinerary, no extensive guides and maps, no one trying to tell you where to go. Welcome to my home! Designed with an open-floor living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to host until 3 guests. The nice, open space seating area is the perfect spot for a chill, after a fun day in the city: it is furnished a meal corner, a comfy sofa-bed and a TV. A charming and fully equipped kitchenette, with all the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a cooking plate, fridge and microwave. Go up the wooden staircase and enjoy the comfortable mezzanine, featuring a double bed, that will be made up with hotel quality linen, upon arrival. The bathroom comes with everything you may need to freshen up: shower, toilet, mirror and sink, as well as fresh towels and free toiletries, that will also be supplied for your convenience. Don't miss the precious balcony, offering a wonderful view over the typical Lisbon's orange rooftops! Your health and safety come first, so we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
