Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50m² property in Lisbon is the perfect choice for guests seeking a comfortable and well-located stay. Situated on the fourth floor, accessible by lift, it offers a homely and inviting atmosphere. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The space also includes a dining table where people can share their meals. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a support desk and a wardrobe to store your belongings conveniently. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كانت الشقة في موقع جيد جدًا، مع سهولة الوصول إلى وسط المدينة. الشارع مسدود، لذا فهو حي هادئ. كانت الشقة والمبنى نظيفين جدًا. سأعود إلى هنا وأوصي بشدة بهذا السكن.
