Welcome! This charming apartment with a balcony, elegantly decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this apartment features a bright and inviting living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV, as well as a lovely round dining table and air conditioning. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic pots and crockery, the kitchen includes a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and a practical washing machine to help with your daily needs. Access to the picturesque balcony is conveniently located off the living room, so you can easily enjoy the fresh breeze and make the most of the abundant natural light during the day, which beautifully illuminates the entire living area. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in calm tones and is equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and ample wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only — not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

You will be asked to verify your identity before check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair usage policy on utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen change: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
