On the ground floor of a modern building in the heart of Belém, this spacious studio will allow you to discover the wonders that the historical capital has to offer. The well-decorated apartment is prepared to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Equipped with a double bed. The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower, toilet and hairdryer. Enjoy dining-in and cooking in our fully-equipped kitchenette with all the cooking utensils you may need for your short term stay or take a short stroll to a number of local restaurants and eateries to suit all budgets. Please note that while free WiFi is available, the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities. Enjoy your stay.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
