Pena is a former parish in the municipality of Lisbon, Portugal. At the administrative reorganization of Lisbon on 8 December 2012, it became part of the parish Arroios. In 2001, the district's population included 6038 residents in an area of 0.5 km², representing a highly compact population. Safe, Charming, old-school neighbourhood with incredible family-owned restaurants and shops. Every type of food imaginable is within a 10-minute walk. Very lively during the day. Quiet once the restaurants close for the day. The street is steep, however, so it may be difficult for older or disabled persons unless you use an Uber.

Experience authentic Lisbon in this historic apartment just steps from many iconic attractions. The apartment is in a vibrant, ethnically diverse, yet extremely safe neighborhood (Portugal was ranked the 6th safest country in the world in 2024). It is on a steep hill, opposite a fantastic but occasionally noisy restaurant, and dates to the 18th century, however, so not suitable for everyone.

Welcome to my apartment! Our excellent 17th-century apartment, tastefully furnished with modern amenities, is ideal for a getaway in Lisbon. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and four Juliet balconies with french doors open onto the cobblestone street, perfect to enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the second has two single beds; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

الشقة تبدو تماماً مثل الصور. كانت كبيرة وجميلة ومجهزة تجهيزاً جيداً. الحيّ متنوّع ويوجد به مطاعم ممتازة. كان مطعم Mae's place و Catmandoo وكل المطاعم الصغيرة الأخرى ممتازة. تقع ساحة روسيو على بعد 5 د
