Rua de São Bento is a street that crosses through districts, exhibiting the rich and beautiful history of old Lisbon. The neighborhood is filled with churches, convents and palaces that have been transformed into art schools, such as the Higher School of Dance located in The Pombal Palace. Furthermore, there's also the Palacete de São Bento which holds the seat of Parliament, and the Assembleia de República.

A newly renovated apartment located at São Bento. You'll be right in the heart of Lisbon!

An incredible 100m2 apartment that has been designed to offer comfort and style. My home is perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends visiting Lisbon. Composed of a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove and oven; a dining area that opens up to a large living room for you to relax and watch television. One master bedroom with a double bed, and a secondary room with an additional two single beds. Wifi is provided throughout the apartment. My home has 2 bathrooms (one of them is ensuite to the master bedroom) and you will find complimentary towel, soap and shampoo provided for your convenience. Simply drop your bags and explore Lisbon! NOTE: The tram passes right in front of the apartment and it can be heard.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

لقد استمتعنا بإقامة رائعة في مكان الإقامة، حيث توجد وسائل راحة جيدة بالقرب من الفندق، ويمكن الوصول إلى وسط لشبونة بسهولة سواء عن طريق وسائل النقل العام أو التاكسي.
