Welcome to my home! This charming 100 m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room boasts a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Sunlight floods the space through large windows, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy a pleasant garden view. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware and cutlery. The first bedroom offers a cosy queen bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, this home is ready to make your visit memorable. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
