Step into the cozy living room, where wicker furnishings and a vibrant red rug add warmth and character. Relax on the sofa while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or use the small desk as a convenient workspace. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a single bed and a practical clothes rack, making it ideal for a solo traveler. The second, more spacious bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and bedside tables, providing a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep. Both rooms benefit from large windows and plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, essential cookware, and ample storage, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked meal. Granite countertops add a stylish and practical touch. The compact bathroom features a refreshing shower and essential amenities for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the 1st floor. Please be aware there is no elevator in the building.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
