Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions and the garage is included! Please note that the property is located on a flight path, which may result in occasional aircraft noise. Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The bedroom features a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. We want to make sure you have all the information you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that as we are conveniently located near the airport, you may experience occasional noise from passing airplanes. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

أقمنا في هذا الفندق لأننا كنا بحاجة للذهاب إلى جامعة لشبونة في اليوم التالي في الصباح الباكر، حتى الآن الأشخاص الذين يحتاجون للذهاب لامتحان اللغة، نوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق في الهواء الطلق، كان مبنى الشقة
