Welcome to my apartment! Located on the 5th floor of a building with lift access, this modern and tastefully decorated 35 m² studio offers stunning river views in the Avenida Dom Carlos building. Situated in the trendy Santos area, it’s just a short walk from Elevador da Bica and Time Out Market. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, a stove, and a microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Ironing facilities are also provided for your convenience. The sleeping corner has a double bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It opens onto a balcony with seating where you can enjoy the river views. The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. During your stay, you’ll enjoy very fast internet with speeds between 100–500 Mbps, and you’ll also have access to the building’s modern gym. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your time in Lisbon! Please note: During the day, guests may experience some noise from nearby metro construction work. We appreciate your understanding while these works are ongoing.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
