This one-bedroom flat is located passage des Alouettes in Lille. It is on the 1st floor with lift of a recent, secure residence. The flat is quiet and very functional. It has two balconies. You can leave your car here and take the metro to the city centre (the nearest station is less than 100 metres away). You will have access to a parking space for the entire duration of your stay.

The flat is arranged as follows - Entrance leading to living room with balcony - Fitted kitchen opening onto the living room - Bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine - Separate bedroom with balcony - Separate WC Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV

This flat is located in a quiet residence, so it is suitable for responsible and respectful travellers. Be sure not to have any parties or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival is possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Porte de Valenciennes" metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is 7 minutes by metro and 29 minutes on foot, Lille Europe station is 7 minutes by metro and 27 minutes on foot, The "Porte de Valenciennes" bus station is a 2-minute walk away. V'Lille station 50 metres away (Porte de Valenciennes station). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille.
