A dining table with chairs is located in this open-plan area. - Kitchen: Open concept to the living room and highlighted by its blue cabinets, it is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, and microwave. It also includes a toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, and all necessary cooking utensils. - Private Bathroom: Features a shower with a glass screen, a sink, and a washing machine installed in the same space for your convenience. - Private Balcony: Accessible from the living room, it offers a table and two folding wooden chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. - Solarium Zone: On the building's rooftop, there is a shared open-air terrace with several sun loungers available for sunbathing.

You will have access to the entire home! Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. The communal areas include a shared lift and a communal solarium on the roof.
