The property is located on Hastings seafront, there is a public underground car park located just in front of the property which costs approximately £10.00 for 24hrs. Please be aware the car park we suggest is locked between 23:00 and 07:00, and has a height restriction of 2.2 metres. There is 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment door. PLEASE BE AWARE FROM THE 20TH APRIL 2026, THERE WILL BE SCAFFOLDING IN PLACE AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING FOR APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS.
