This property enjoys a prime location in Funchal, right beside Praia Formosa, the island’s largest public beach. Stretching almost two kilometres across black sand and pebbles, it is perfect for swimming, seaside walks, and enjoying Madeira’s coastal beauty. The scenic Lido promenade also begins here, offering a wonderful route for a leisurely stroll with ocean views. Praia Formosa is well equipped with facilities such as showers, changing rooms, toilets, a medical kiosk, and even a playground for children. Guests can also explore the tunnel carved through the rocks, which leads to the natural pools at Doca do Cavacas, a unique highlight of the area. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, including Beira Calhau, Barra Azul, Aconchego Restaurante, and Docas Café, all serving fresh seafood and Mediterranean dishes with beautiful views of the sea. For a taste of culture and history, the historic center of Funchal is just a short journey away. Highlights include the Fort of São Tiago with its panoramic Atlantic views, the charming cobbled streets of the Old Town, and the lively Mercado dos Lavradores, where you can discover local produce and crafts.

Welcome to our comfortable two-bedroom apartment, just 250 meters from Praia Formosa beach. The iconic seaside promenade stretches all the way to Câmara de Lobos Bay. The home is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Along the promenade, you’ll find several seaside cafés open until late. Just up the street is Café Viana,a local favorite. Treat yourself to their gorgeous two-layer carrot–orange juice, the freshly squeezed flavors make it the ideal morning pick-me-up.

Welcome to my apartment! This 110 m² two-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor has easy access with two lifts. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining area perfect for relaxing or sharing meals. Step onto the private balcony to unwind and enjoy the view of the Praia Formosa rock. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and all essential cookware. Both bedrooms have queen beds with hotel-quality linens, and with two full bathrooms (one ensuite), everyone has space and privacy. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for an easy, worry-free stay. A perfect home base for families, friends, and longer stays. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

مكان رائع على Airbnb – موصى به بشدة! حمامان، غرفتا نوم بالإضافة إلى أريكة سرير. مطبخ مجهز جيدًا وموقع رائع. كورنيش الشاطئ على بعد 5 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام، ووسط مدينة فونشال على بعد 15 دقيقة بالسيارة

شقة مثالية لزيارة الجزيرة. كان من السهل العثور على الشقة، وتم تزويدنا مسبقًا بجميع المعلومات اللازمة لتسجيل الوصول، ولم نواجه أي صعوبات. تحتوي الشقة على حمامين، أحدهما داخلي والآخر خارجي. شرفة جميلة.
