Welcome! This beautiful 70m² apartment is conveniently located near major attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV for your favorite shows, a work desk, and a dining table. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom is a cosy retreat furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. To ensure maximum comfort, all beds come with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including towels and toiletries, so you can freshen up with ease. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Please note that there are some stairs leading to the building entrance. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

أقمنا هنا لمدة أسبوع في مارس 2026، وأنا أوصي بشدة بهذه الشقة. الموقع رائع، بالقرب من الشاطئ والمتاجر والمطاعم والحانات. كان التواصل مع المضيف ممتازًا. أنصح فقط بإحضار سدادات أذن إذا كنت حساسًا للضوضاء

كانت الشقة واسعة جداً ومطبخها مجهز تجهيزاً جيداً. جعل المرآب موقف السيارات سهلاً ومريحاً. كان الجزء المفضل لدي هو الشرفة الجميلة المثالية للاستمتاع بالإفطار أو مشاهدة غروب الشمس مع إطلالة على المحيط.
