Welcome to my apartment! This charming 107m2 three-bedroom apartment in Funchal is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. The property is located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. There is also a private balcony with seating areas, perfect for lounging and enjoying the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to cook delicious meals. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and iron equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third has one single bed—making the space ideal for families, couples, or small groups. All beds are made up of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
