Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 121 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access. The living space offers a cosy sitting area, perfect for unwinding with a movie after a day of exploring the city. The dining table invites guests to share meals and create memories together in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is designed for both cooking and connection, equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, making it a great place to gather and enjoy time together. The first bedroom, with its modern decor, features a comfortable queen bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom is a peaceful retreat, providing everything you need to freshen up. The second bedroom is a soothing space with a cosy double bed and ample wardrobe storage. The third bedroom, perfect for friends or family, has two snug single beds and storage cabinets for added convenience. The common bathroom comes with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Step out onto the balcony, where you can bask in the sunlight and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

لا تشوبه شائبة مع موقف سيارات في منطقة رائعة على بُعد 5 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام من الكازينو.
