Welcome! This amazing 99m² apartment is ideally situated near many of the city's top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 8th floor via lift access. The bright and inviting living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and airy atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sea view and the fresh air. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. There are two homely bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep and a wardrobe for storage. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. As a guest, you'll also have access to fantastic amenities including a gym, a shared swimming pool, and a peaceful lake area. Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

أحببت المنظر من الشرفة! شقة نظيفة وحديثة تحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه لإقامتك. موقع ملائم مع سوبرماركت عبر الطريق، على خط حافلات جيد وسهولة الوصول إلى الطريق الساحلي.

توفر الشقة الجديدة مرافق عالية الجودة وفاخرة ومساحة تخزين كبيرة. الشرفة معرضة بشكل مثالي لأشعة الشمس بعد الظهر. كل ما كان ينقصها هو طاولة صغيرة لتناول القهوة أو الاستمتاع بمشروب فاتح للشهية على الشرفة
