This recently renovated property offers everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay in one of Madeira’s local townships.

Welcome! The property is just a 10-minute drive away from the centre of Funchal, providing easy access to various tourist spots and services. It is important to note that the house is a short 80m walk from roadside parking, and guests are advised that the access is a little steep. Furthermore, we recommend that guests looking to stay with us have their own transport, either a car or scooter, as local transport links and taxis are limited outside of Funchal. This property is conveniently located in the town of Estreito de Camara de Lobos. The village boasts a local farmers market, several small cafes and the famous As Vides restaurant, which is widely believed to serve the best Espatada on the whole Island. This lovely 58m² studio boasts tasteful decor and a modern feel with wonderful views across the valley and the sea, especially from the spacious balcony. The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals. A door leads to a balcony, offering a serene spot to relax. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob, oven and a coffee machine, so you can prepare delicious meals with ease. Multiple windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Though small the bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on Pedestrian street and has some stairs to access it. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
