Welcome to my home! This fantastic 596m² house including a garden and a pool, is near top attractions and restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The inviting living room features cosy sofas for relaxation, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Natural sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room also opens to a private backyard with a swimming pool and BBQ area, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and access to a balcony, offering a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure your comfort. Please note that the rooms are located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, and that there is a camera outside by the front door for security reasons. The bathrooms are well-appointed with towels and toiletries for a refreshing experience. For your convenience, the house is professionally cleaned before your stay. Note that the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs, and a camera is outside the front door for security reasons. You'll easily find parking in front of the house and in front of the big gate. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

بيت العطلات كبير جداً ويوفر العديد من وسائل الراحة. الغرف المواجهة للمدخل والطريق السريع صاخبة جداً بسبب حركة المرور. خلال إقامتنا التي استغرقت أسبوعين، لم تعمل الغسالة والميكروويف. كان التواصل مع Gue
