Welcome! This charming 46m² apartment is situated on the third floor and is accessible via approximately 66 steps. While it requires a bit of a climb, guests are rewarded with a bright, peaceful space at the top—something to keep in mind when booking. The open-plan living area is light and inviting, combining comfort with contemporary style. The living room features a cosy sofa, a stylish armchair, and a smart TV for your favourite shows. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while thoughtfully placed indoor plants add a touch of greenery. The fully equipped kitchen boasts clean white cabinetry, a sleek microwave, and a natural wood countertop that doubles as a breakfast bar with stools—ideal for casual meals or a morning coffee. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards. This tax will be included in the accommodation price. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
