Step into the inviting living room, where a sectional sofa and armchair provide comfortable seating for relaxation. Although the fireplace adds a homely touch, it is not operational. The wall-mounted TV is perfect for streaming your favourite shows with the available WiFi. The compact kitchen offers sleek, modern amenities, including an oven and stovetop, ideal for preparing delightful meals. Enjoy your creations in the adjacent dining area. The contemporary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, ensuring a pleasant and convenient experience. Unwind in the calming bedroom, adorned with soft lighting and a decorative accent wall. The shared outdoor courtyard is perfect for enjoying some fresh air and greenery. To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards. This tax will be included in the accommodation price. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

لا شيء لأشتكي منه! شقة لطيفة والمضيف دائمًا متاح إذا احتجت! سرير مريح لكن طولي 1.84 متر، لا أستطيع الاستلقاء بالكامل 😅

الإقامة كما هو موصوف. منطقة بورتوبيلو جميلة جدًا، على بعد دقيقتين فقط سيرًا على الأقدام من البحر. التعليمات التي قدمها المضيف مفصلة جدًا والتواصل سلس للغاية. الإقامة مجهزة تجهيزًا جيدًا، نظيفة ومريحة.
