Welcome to our home! Our apartment is the perfect home for all travelers and tourists looking to explore this gorgeous city! The living room is designed for a relaxing evening after a busy day, with a comfy sofa and a TV for light entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need to whip up a fresh warm meal. You'll find a fridge, oven, and stove for your use. You're welcome to use the other cooking utensils as well! There are 2 bedrooms, with a single bed and a double bed respectively, fitted with hotel-quality linens for your full comfort. The modern bathroom feature a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the washer and ironing facilities. The property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitised prior to your arrival. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner We hope you have an amazing stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
