It is surrounded by a lake around all the clusters. 27-minute drive to Dubai International Airport, 20 Minute drive to Mall of the Emirates and a 20-minute drive to Palm Jumeirah. On the basement level of the building is direct access to the lake, where you can enjoy the kid's play area, dog parks, and basketball court; you can also go for a run, a scooter or just a stroll enjoying the view of the lake. Various restaurants surround the lake, from Asian to Mediterranean and Arabic. On the ground floor of the building, there's a grocery store, different more stores and a pharmacy surrounding the lake.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!
