Outside, a private balcony offers sweeping views of the beach lining the property. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfill your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There is heavy construction near the property. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival.
