Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 16th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 45m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Hills Mall! The building is kid-friendly, and Dubai Hills Park, which features a splash park, skate park, and ice rink, is nearby. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, for delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs. The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. In the building, you will have access to a cinema, food and beverage facilities, a games room, a gymnasium, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a library, retail and leisure elements, and a swimming pool. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
