Tastefully decorated, this lovely studio of 42m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows. The area has a warm ambience and features an oversised window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine, to cook delicious meals. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Note: The timing for gym is from 6AM TO 9PM and for pool is from 9AM TO 9PM. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. شقة جيدة ونظيفة. سرعة إنترنت رائعة. موقع ملائم. واجهتنا مشاكل أثناء تسجيل الوصول لأنه لم يتم إخطار مكتب الاستقبال بوصولنا. اضطررت للاتصال بهم عدة مرات في الليل. ولكن إلى جانب ذلك، كل شيء جيد.
