You will find different restaurants nearby, such as Atlantis Restaurant, which is 5 minutes drive away, and the Anatara Tower, which also offers other restaurants and bars (2 minutes drive). Many shops will be near you: Nakheel Mall is 10 minutes drive - an enormous mall inside Palm Jumeirah. You will find a variety of shops from clothes, to jewellery, to skincare and restaurants. This two-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful high-rise, ideal for families or friends on a holiday getaway in Dubai! It is fully furnished, and guests can also access the private beach. The property is close to many of the city's top attractions (Aquaventure Waterpark, Dive Atlantis, etc.) and plenty of good restaurants and cafes.

Welcome to our home! Fitted with brand-new furniture, the whole space is bright and airy, with breathtaking views that you can see from the balcony. The living room is spacious and has two sofas (one is a sofa bed) where you can comfortably relax and watch your favourite Netflix shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. There are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds. The beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably. All the bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. عطلة رائعة ومميزة موقع رائع مع إطلالة على برج العرب من الشرفة. طاقم عمل ودود ومتعاون للغاية. مرافق ضخمة! 24/7 السباحة في حوض السباحة. صالة رياضية، معدات جديدة بالكامل. عطلة مثالية. كل شيء كان رائعا
