Welcome to our home! Enjoy the views of the Dubai Marina from the cosy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp as well as table and chairs that can be used as a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, a stove, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, and a large mirror and comes with complimentary toiletries and towels. The building includes a gym and sauna. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.

مكان رائع للإقامة في أبراج بحيرات جميرا. استمتعت بإقامتي لمدة 3 أيام. العديد من المطاعم القريبة، كما أن المترو قريب جداً. كان من السهل العثور عليها وتسجيل الوصول. كانت الشقة نظيفة وبها كل شيء تشعر أنك
