Welcome to my home! This studio is in a luxurious and secure complex in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Jumeirah Village Circle, just 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai. It offers sweeping views of the central courtyard. Designed with an open-floor living space, the studio is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The living room has a nice double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave, which you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The complimentary bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

NOTE: The swimming pool is not available due to maintenance. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

كل شيء كان جيدًا مع وجود عيب صغير فقط - كان موعد خروجي في الساعة 11 صباحًا، لكن عاملات النظافة أيقظوني في الساعة 9:30 - لذا اضطروا للانتظار خارج الشقة لمدة ساعة ونصف حتى أستعد 😄

استوديو جميل ونظيف ومريح في JVC. موقع رائع، ووسائل راحة حديثة، وسرير مريح. المبنى مُعتنى به جيداً وبه صالة رياضية جميلة ومسبح. كان المضيف متجاوباً ومتعاوناً طوال الوقت. أوصي به بشدة!
