The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. The dining area by the window has a beautiful dining table and comfortable seating to relish your meals in luxury and style. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
