Situated on the 45th floor with elevator access, our spacious and charming three-bedroom apartment at the Address Beach Resort is more than just accommodation; it's an escape into luxury. Enjoy world-class amenities, breathtaking views, and the convenience of having Dubai's attractions at your fingertips. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this resort provides the perfect base for an unforgettable Dubai experience. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a seating area, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a floor-to-ceiling door, inviting you onto a spacious furnished balcony that offers captivating views of Ain Dubai, Atlantis Palm, and Burj Al Arab. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The three bedrooms contain a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 4.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that residential guests are not allowed access to hotel-side facilities. The following facilities are available for your use: Fitness Centre – Mezzanine Floor Swimming Pool – Mezzanine Floor Enjoy your stay! Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
