Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the 19th floor with lift access. This delightful 60 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, and a TV to watch all their favorite shows. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfill culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bedroom is elegantly decorated, including a luxurious king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

مكان مريح ولطيف. شعرت وكأنني في منزلي لمدة أسبوع. أعجبتني الشرفة الكبيرة والصالة الرياضية في الطابق الأول.
