Welcome! This lovely 77m2 apartment is located on the 28th floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the stunning Marina views. The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
