Welcome! This lovely 61m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a plush sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the expansive balcony with outdoor furniture, creating an ideal setting for delightful al fresco dining experiences. Please note that there is construction activity on the balcony-facing side. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. المكان نظيف وجميل، والموقع جيد 🫢، لكن ضجيج السيارات مزعج لأنه يقع في الطابق الأول، بالقرب من منطقة التخلص من القمامة، والروائح في الممر كريهة، وكذلك الضجيج عند إلقاء القمامة من الطوابق العليا 😵💫😵
