It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Elevate your living experience with the floor-to-ceiling windows in this area, seamlessly connecting to a spacious balcony. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the iconic Burj Khalifa and the enchanting fountains, creating an unparalleled visual spectacle right from the comfort of your residence. Please note that there is ongoing construction visible from the balcony and in the surrounding area. Construction activity operates 24 hours a day and may affect the view and generate noticeable noise at times. The kitchen has top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The residence offers three spacious bedrooms with two queen-size beds and one king-size bed, as well as a maid’s room with a single bed. Each bed is adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The 4.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!
