Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the 17th floor with lift access. This delightful 95m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: The pool is currently under maintenance and will remain unavailable until further notice. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
