Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift. This delightful 85 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and make delicious meals. The bedroom features a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
