The building provides easy access to numerous restaurants and public transportation and is just a short stroll to the beach. Additionally, it’s only 8 minutes from the Marina and a 30-minute drive to Dubai International Airport. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, and enjoy stunning views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that there is no gym in the building. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
