Step into elegance with this meticulously designed one-bedroom apartment, featuring a spacious layout. A bright living space boasts a plush sofa, a smart TV, and a private balcony with seating areas perfect for lounging and enjoying the views. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cookware, and cutlery. Feel complimentary to use the coffee machine available at your leisure. You will also have a dishwasher for your added convenience. The apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. You will have a lavish king bed in the bedroom, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Equipped with two bathrooms, an ensuite bathroom, and a guest bathroom, both have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Ongoing construction is taking place on the opposite building and may be audible from the balcony area, which could result in some daytime noise. Enjoy your stay! Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.

إنها إقامة لطيفة، ولكن الأمر مبالغ فيه إذا لم يحدث ذلك. : جودة النظافة والمكان رائع، لكن الشرفة لم تكن على برج خليفة. البناية المقابلة قيد الإنشاء وأعمال الصيانة مزعجة
