Tastefully decorated, this lovely 66m2, brand-new apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight, which brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony to enjoy the views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom is a pleasant room with a king bed and access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for renovations until November 15, 2025. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area.
