This vibrant neighbourhood is home to the famous Dubai Marina Walk, where you can enjoy a stroll while enjoying the stunning waterfront views. You'll also find a wealth of restaurants, including Gordon Ramsey's famous Hell's Kitchen, and shops in the area. The nearest mall is Dubai Marina Mall which is 10 minutes from the apartment, and small shops around Bluewater's and JBR Beach Road. The luxurious Ceasar's Palace Hotel is also a must-see. To indulge in watersports, you can head to JBR Beach. This famous beach is easily accessible from most towers via Dubai Tram. Visitors can enjoy various activities, including water sports, parasailing, banana boating, and wakeboarding. The other open beach is over in Jumeirah, a 30-minute drive away. Regarding supermarkets, there's one 5-minute walk from the building, Viva Supermarket and a 15-minute drive to Waitress Supermarket with more options.

The apartment is fully furnished and offers a semi-Arabian view from the private balcony. The property is conveniently located in the city centre, close to various attractions, restaurants and the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 station.

Welcome! The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a soft sofa and a dining table with magnificent views. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
