It is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting interior with a small set of stairs leading to the main living area. This apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, an oven, a microwave and a table for four. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, a drying rack and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. It is integrated into the living room, which features a sofa bed that can accommodate extra guests and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. One of the standout features of this apartment is the spacious balcony, which provides a perfect spot for relaxation. Furnished with a table and chairs, it's an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or savour a meal while soaking up the surroundings. The bedroom has two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
